Ultratape Flashing Tape is a bitumen based self-adhesive tape. Its simple and effective nature is to perfectly bond on to almost any surface such as windows, doors, gutter repairs, skylights, glazing bars, ceiling valley gutters, capping bolts and roof ridges. The Ultratape flashing tape can also be used to repair conservatories, portable buildings and caravans.

Application
Before applying the Ultratape flashing tape, the surface should be clean, dry and free of any impurities. All porous surfaces such as brick or concrete should be primed and allowed time to dry. Unroll the Ultratape flashing tape and cut to the required size. Peel off the backing paper to reveal the adhesive face and apply firmly onto the surface. Use a dry cloth to smooth down the Ultra tape flashing tape and ensure that no bubbles are present. Where the tape is to be joined, ensure there is an overlap of 25mm.
