Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to all over East Anglia. Once you have some items in your cart, you can calculate your shipping costs.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer real time tracking. However, you will receive an email on the morning of your deliver to let you know it is coming if your email is address is correct when you place your order.
Can I change delivery address?
If there are any issues after you place your order, please contact one of our team members on 01760 721281 and they will try to rectify it for you.
When will I receive my item?
We ask that you allow around 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. If there is a specific day you would like, please specify in the note box when you are inputting your details. We will try our best to accommodate but there may be times when we are already too busy. One of our team will contact you if this is the case.
Please note, asking for a delivery day does not guarantee this will be accepted. As mentioned, it will depend on how busy we are, and the jobs already booked in.
How much does delivery cost?
When purchasing your order, you can click on calculate shipping and input your details to find out how much your delivery will cost.
Can I choose a delivery date?
We state that deliveries will be between 3-5 working days, however, you can pop a note on your order if you have a date you would prefer within this time frame. We will try our best to accommodate this however this is all depending on routes already booked in and how busy we are.
Where will the driver leave my delivery?
If there is somewhere specific, you’d like your delivery left if you aren’t going to be home, please use the notes box to inform of where this would be. Please be mindful that the lorry only has a 5-metre reach but must have room to place the support leg out as well.
Our driver is unable to go onto private property unless he has persimmon by the rightful owner (including private roads) and if he has to handball any products, this is kerbside delivery only.
Our driver will inform you if he believes there to be any issues with the delivery.
What should I do if I’m missing an item?
If you believe you are missing an item, please call 01760 721281 or email [email protected] and one of our team will be willing to help.
What do I do if my delivery doesn’t arrive?
Please bear in mind that deliveries can take place between 8am – 4pm (sometimes this may be later, but you will be informed). If your delivery hasn’t arrived on the day you were expecting and a member of our team hasn’t contacted you, please call 01760 721281 on the next working day.
I’ve ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
If you have ordered the wrong item prior to delivery, please call our team on 01760 721281 and we will try to rectify this. If you have had your delivery and you’ve noticed you have ordered the wrong item, please also call our team and we will try our best to get the right item sorted however you may have to pay a restocking fee and collection fee.
What should I do if I want to return an item?
If you no longer need an item or have ordered too much, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a 14 day returns policy, however a 20% restocking fee will be added to the refund, as well as a collection fee if you can not return the item to the store.

Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a 14 day refund and returns policy, however a 20% restocking fee will be added to the original item, as well as a collection fee if you cannot return the item to the store.

What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-11:30am and Sunday we are closed. We also close on Bank Holiday Mondays.
Does SBS offer gift cards?
We unfortunately don’t currently offer gift cards.
Do you offer a wood cutting service?
We don’t offer wood cutting services however you are more than welcome to bring a saw and cut the wood down to whatever length is needed here on site.
